10 Days Return Policy

Are you unhappy with the product quality/ size/colour or shape?

Here is a 5-step return policy: –

Step 1: Raise return request

Step 2: Arrange or pack the Item for return pickup

Step 3: We will arrange a pickup from your location

Step 4: Quality check

Step 5: Refund will be initiated

A return request must be raised within ten days after receiving the product.

We will arrange a product pickup from your home or office at a mutually decided time.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will go through the product for quality check. If the Item is damage-free with the original packaging, we will initiate the refund within 48 hours.
If you no longer have the original packaging, we can suggest alternatives or send you new packaging free of charge.

Note 1: Returns/ Replacement of Refund is not possible on Custom or Bespoke Products as they are specifically tailor-made to your specifications

Note 2: The return will be eligible only upon purchasing the product from the showroom or online.

Return the product within ten days of the receipt.
Return in the original condition where the product was delivered to you with its original packing.
Do not wash, alter/temper or soil the product.
A damaged or soiled product will not be eligible for return.
The Item must have the original packing with its original labels and tags intact; an altered and illegible serial number will also void the return.
We will initiate the refund or replacement once the product passes all quality checks.
If you received a damaged/ defective product, please inform us within two days(48 hours) of the receipt. We request you share pictures of the damaged product with the mail info@varamlife.com. We will replace the product without any extra cost after examining the returned product.
India: – “10 days Hassle-Free Return” is valid for purchase within India (Not applicable on custom-made products)
